Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Bridlington location. A booking deposit may be necessary to confirm your reservation. The total payment and security deposit are generally payable upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, securely processed through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Use of the vehicle must align with its intended purpose, and passengers or weight must not exceed specified limits. Operating the vehicle outside the agreed geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Bridlington will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for your rental in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to cases of negligence leading to death or personal injury, or instances of fraud.
9. Local Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in English and Welsh courts.
